Prize-giving ceremony of Army Qirat, Azan contest held

The prize-distribution ceremony of the Inter-Area Annual Qirat and Azan Competition-2015 of the Bangladesh Army was held at the Signal Brigade Mosque at Dhaka Cantonment after the Jumma prayers on Friday, says an ISPR Press release.
Director General of Military Medical Service Directorate Major General Dr M Rabiul Hossain distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest on the occasion.
The Savar team won the competition while the Rangpur team became runners-up.
Fourteen teams from different areas of the Bangladesh Army took part in the competition organised by the 86th Independent Signal Brigade of Army headquarters.
Senior Army officers, a large number of soldiers and other musallies (devotees) were present on the occasion.
