Tuesday, 9 December 2014

Pro-BNP student leaders of Dhaka University Central Students Union (DUCSU) and All- Party Students Unity (APSU) of the 90s announced Monday to hold a convention in the city on December 18, claiming that BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia will give directions from it to ensure the fall of the current regime, reports UNB.
The convention will be held at the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh with the participation of the student leaders of DUCSU and APSU of the 90s, elected representatives of the students unions of different colleges of the country and current student leaders, said former DUCSU VP Aman Ullah Aman.
He came up with the announcement at a press conference at the Jatiya Press Club, saying they will take a vow from the convention to unseat the current regime in a very short time like that of ouster of autocrat HM Ershad in 1990.
