Pro-BNP engineers meet Khaleda

BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia sat with pro-BNP engineers on Saturday night as part of her regular meetings with professionals to discuss the country’s latest political situation. The meeting began at the BNP chief’s Gulshan political office around 9pm with Khaleda in the chair. Over 50 engineers, led by Eng Muhammad Mohsin Ali, Chairman of Dhaka Centre, IEB and Prof Dr engineer M Anwarul Azim, former Vice Chancellor of Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (Duet), attended the meeting. BNP standing committee members RA Gani and Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain were also present at the meeting. Before the meeting, Nawbganj Upazila Parishad chairman-elect Abu Ashfaque met the BNP chief and presented her a bouquet, according to a news agency.
