Probe body submits report on Nachole incident

CHAPAINAWABGANJ, July 7: An official committee submitted its report on Nachole incident Saturday but the findings had not been disclosed. Three-member committee headed by additional district magistrate Mustafizur had probed into the Wednesday's ransack and ablaze of UNO office by angry farmers demanding fertiliser. Following the incident, police filed a case against about 5,000 unnamed farmers creating panic among the villagers. None of the farmers was arrested. —UNB
