Probe report against DIG Mizan, Basir on Nov 11

A Dhaka court on Wednesday fixed November 11 for submitting probe report in a case filed against suspended Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police Mizanur Rahman and suspended ACC director Khandaker Enamul Basir for leaking information and taking bribe.
Judge of Senior Special Judge Court in Dhaka KM Emrul Kayesh passed the order as investigation officer (IO) of the case and Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Director Sheikh Mohammad Fanafilya failed to submit the report on Wednesday.
The anti-graft body on July 16 filed the case with its Dhaka district coordination office-1 under the Money Laundering Prevention Act.
