Probe report in Bosila militant den raid case on Sept 17

A Dhaka court has set September 17 to submit probe report in a case lodged over law enforcement agencies' raid in a militant den at Bosila in the city's Mohammadpur area on April 29, reports BSS.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Ziaur Rahman passed the order as investigation officer of the case failed to submit the report.
Two militants were killed in the suicide blast as members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) surrounded their hideout in Metro Housing area in Bosila around 5:00 am on April 29.
RAB detained three persons from the scene. Later on that day, RAB-2 senior warrant officer Md Abdullah filed the case under the Anti-Terrorism Act with Mohammadpur thana.
