The committee investigating the alleged leak of HSC question papers will hand over findings to the education minister this week. 'We have finalised the probe report. We will hand it to the minister as soon as he gives an appointment,’ the committee’s chief additional education secretary Sohrab Hossain has said. He said they made three specific suggestions to prevent leak of question papers, but did not go into details. ‘We will recommend cutting short the time of exams,’ said the education ministry official. Hossain earlier said they would recommend separate questions papers for each education board and two exams a day for students. He had also said then they would suggest printing question papers on the day of the exam. The probe panel, however, failed to trace anyone involved in the leaking of the papers. ‘We have sought help of the law enforcers and intelligence agencies for that and they are working on it,’ said Hossain. The government had stopped several tests after the English 2nd paper questions under Dhaka board on April 9 were allegedly leaked, according to bdnews24.com.
