Prof Kamrul new VC of BSMMU

The government appointed Tuesday Prof Dr Kamrul Hasan Khan, secretary general of Peshajibi Samannay Parishad, as the Vice Chancellor (VC) of Banga-bandhu Sheikh Mujib Med-ical University (BSMMU), reports UNB.
Health and Family Welfare Ministry issued a gazette notification in this connection on Monday.
President Md Abdul Hamid appointed Dr Kamrul Hasan, also a professor at the BSMMU Pathology Department, as the VC for a three-year term.
