Professional skills must for attaining success in banking sector

'Gaining professional skills is inevitable to attain success in the banking sector along with socio-economic development of the nation' underlined by the speakers of the inaugural session of foundation training course for newly appointed offices of Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) at Rajshahi Sunday, reports BSS.
Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) Chairman Yahiya Mollah inaugurated the month long foundation training course as the chief guest while Managing Director Muhammad Fazlul Haque addressed in the session as special guest.
Principal of the institute Mozammel Haque presided over the session. A total of 32 officers are attending the training course.
In the address of welcome, Faculty Member Moazzem Hossain illustrated the aims and objectives of the course and its module.
He said the main objective of the course is to enhance professional competence of the fresh officers through disseminating ideas about operation, administration and other related matters of the bank.
Yahiya Mollah highlighted the importance of the bank in agricultural development of the north-western Bangladesh and asked the participants to acquire proper knowledge for flourishing their banking idea.
As the largest development partner in the agricultural sector of the north-western Bangladesh, RAKUB played vital role to earn economic emancipation and to free the nation from poverty and hunger through boosting credit-flow to the potential agricultural fields, he added.
