Two quick goals by Sanjid powered Kawran Bazar Progoti Songho to a 3-1 win over Euro Famous Club in the only match of the Metropolis Second Division Football League at Bir Shreshtho Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostofa Kamal Stadium at Komolapur in the city Wednesday, reports UNB.
The match was locked 1-1 during the first half.
Ashiqur Rahman put Progoti Songho ahead in the 11th minute while Rubel restored parity for Euro Famous in the 27th minute. But Sanjid scored two goals-in the 60th and 63rd minutes-to give Progoti Songho a comfortable victory.
