Provati Ins approves 10pc dividend

Provati Insurance Company Limited (PICL) has approved 10 per cent dividend for its shareholders for the year 2007.
The approval was given at the 12th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company at Hotel Lords Inn in Chittagong recently.
Chairman of the board of directors of the company Joardar Nowser Ali presided over the meeting.
A large number of shareholders of the company attended the AGM.
The financial statement, balance sheet and auditor report were placed at the AGM and approved unanimously.
Also present on the occasion were PICL Vice Chairman Mojir Ahmed, directors Mohammed Ali, Ruhul Amin and Shakhawat Hossain Mamun and Managing Director Ataur Rahman Mojumdar.
