Pry schools to have 39,000 more classrooms

Primary and Mass Education Minister Mustafizur Rahman Fizar on Wednesday informed the Parliament that some 39,000 more classrooms would be constructed in primary schools across the country following the high enrolment in Class-I. There is a classroom crisis in the primary schools following the increase in the number of students in Class-I, he said replying to a question. He also  informed the Jatiya Sangsad that due to pragmatic steps of the present government, the rate of dropout students in all primary schools has come down to 21.04 per cent.
