Pubali Bank holds 41st Annual General Meeting

The 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pubali Bank PLC was held on a virtual platform on Wednesday. Monzurur Rahman, Chairman, Board of Directors of Pubali Bank, presided over the meeting. Directors and a huge number of shareholders participated in the AGM virtually. Managing Director & CEO Mohammad Ali was also present. The shareholders unanimously approved 12.50% cash dividend and 12.50% stock dividend for the year ended 31st December 2023.
