Pubali Bank managers urged to be logical, flexible, open minded

Managers of Pubali Bank Limited have been urged to be logical, flexible and open minded saying that one can prove oneself as a good manager by conquering the limitations and manage all things properly.
Managing Director of the bank Helal Ahmed Chowdhury made the appeal while speaking as the chief guest at the seminar titled 'Manager and his Job' in the city recently, said a press release.
The Pubali Bank Training Institute organised the seminar for the branch managers and senior executives of the bank.
The managing director also urged everyone to provide the bank with correct and complete information during opening of an account and transfer of funds.
He further advised all officials to be meticulous in compliance of instructions of the head office, the Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory bodies.
The managing director underscored the need for better and prompt customer services through utilisation of the modern information technology (IT).
Principal of the institute Badruddin Ahmed and faculty member and Deputy General Manager (DGM) Sushil Kumar Paul were present at the workshop, the release added.
