Pubali Bank participates in Bangladesh Single Country Trade Fair in Jeddah

Pubali Bank Ltd (PBL) has participated in the 2nd Bangladesh Single Country Trade Fair in Jeddah of the KSA recently.
Consul General of Bangladesh Consulate at Jeddah Md Ali Akber, OIC Director General and ex-foreign secretary Hemayet Uddin, ex-secretary Lutfor Rahman Talukder, and Saudi-Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry President Enayet Karim and Vice-President Mesbahul Islam visited the PBL stall in the fair. PBL General Manager of International Division Syed Md Masum was also present on the occasion.
PBL Managing Director Helal Ahmed Chowdhury stressed upon the need for remitting the earning of the Bangladeshis through official channels in accordance with the Anti Money Laundering Act.
He underscored the facilities for remitting the earning through PBL, and also gave assurance to expedite the remittance to the beneficiaries in Bangladesh at the quickest possible time.
The delegates met the Bangladeshi expatriates, and also expressed the need for sending remittance through Al-Raji Banking and Investment Corporation, Bank Al-Bilad and Al Amoudi Exchange from KSA to Bangladesh, with which PBL is maintaining agency relationship.
