Pubali Bank postpones AGM

The authorities of Pubali Bank have stated that the 28th AGM of the bank scheduled to be held Thursday at 11:00am could not be held due to unruly behavior and vandalism created by some shareholders. Situation went beyond control in spite of all support and help of the law enforcing agencies. The board in an emergency meeting held Thursday at 1:00pm has decided to postpone the scheduled 28th AGM of the bank. The new date, time and venue of the 28th AGM of the bank will be notified later on.
