Pubali Bank, United Leasing sign term loan deal

A term loan agreement for Tk 200 million (20 crore) was signed between Pubali Bank Limited and United Leasing Company Ltd in the city recently.
Managing Director of the bank Helal Ahmed Chowdhury and Managing Director of United Leasing Company Limited Syed Ehsan Quadir signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies at a simple ceremony.
Helal Ahmed Chowdhury said the bank is extending bulk loan to non-banking financial institutions (NBFIs) at a competitive interest rate. Syed Ehsan Quadir thanked the bank for the loan and expressed his hope to improve the mutual relationship further in days ahead.
General Manager of Credit Division M Mustafizur Rahman, General Manager of Principal Branch Dipak Kumar Chakraborty, Deputy General Manager Sushil Kumar Saha of the bank and General Manager and Company Secretary M Ataul Haque of the leasing company were also present on the occasion, among others.
