Saima Wazed Hossain, the prime minister's daughter, has said she does not use Facebook. The US-licensed school psychologist said she had noticed some Facebook pages after her name and fan pages that carried political statements. ‘But I want to tell you I don’t use Facebook,’ said Saima Hossain, known in Bangladesh by her nickname, Putul. She is also an expert of the WHO’s advisory panel on mental health. She spearheads autism campaign for Bangladesh and it was due to her initiative the WHO member states passed a Bangladesh-pushed resolution on autism last month. Talking to bdnews24.com on Tuesday Saima Hossain said people opened Facebook account by her name and introduced her as ‘politician’. ‘I am a member of a political family, but I am a psychologist,’ the granddaughter of Bangladesh’s founder Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, said.
