President M Zillur Rahman Monday asked the authorities of all private universities to fulfill all conditions, set by the government, for ensuring quality of higher education at their respective own campuses, reports BSS. "It's essential to ensure that private universities are fulfilling all the conditions for maintaining quality education," he said when a delegation of North South University (NSU) called on him at Bangabhaban in the city. President Rahman who is also chancellor of all the universities also asked the private universities to offer more full free studentships to their students. The NSU delegation included its board of trustees Chairman Mohammad Shahjahan, vice chancellor and trustee member Prof Hafiz GA Siddiqui and trustee members Azim Uddin Ahmed, Iftekharul Alam and MA Hashem.
