Quader blames jaywalkers for traffic jams

Communications Minister Obaidul Quader has said traffic jams in the city are created not only by reckless drivers, but also by jaywalkers, reports UNB.
"It seems that pedestrians don't follow traffic rules and use Zebra crossings. This causes accidents and traffic jams," he said Tuesday at a workshop to discuss development of transport in the country.
