Quamrul warns against anarchy

Food Minister Quamrul Islam Sunday said that if any form of anarchy is perpetrated in the name of long march, the consequences will be very serious, reports UNB.
"We have no objection if you (BNP) organise long march towards Teesta. But if there is any anarchy in the name of long march, its consequences will be very serious," the Minister said while addressing a discussion organised by Amra Muktijoddhar Shantan at the National Press Club in the city Sunday on the occasion of Mujibnagar Day.
Kriashak League vice-president MA Karim addressed the function with Amra Muktijoddhar Shantan president Humayun Kabir in the chair.
