Quick trial of war criminals demanded

JOYPURHAT, Sept 2 (BSS): Unit command of Joypurhat Muktijoddha Sangsad demanded speedy trial of war criminals Wednesday.
The demand came at an iftar party held in observance of the National Mourning Day on the premises of the office of Sangsad in the town.
Vice president of the district Awami League (AL) Prof Khaja Samsul Alam, Golam Hakkani, President Poura AL Raja Chowdhury, CPB leader Dewan Badiuzzaman, freedom fighter Rejaul Islam, Abul Hossain, cultural personalities Aminul Haq Babul were, among others, present on the occasion.
