R-pac Bangladesh Packaging Company Limited has opened its plant at Adamjee EPZ.
In this connection, an opening ceremony was held at the plant premises recently, said a press release.
R-pac International Corp, USA President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Michael Teitelbaum, R-pac International Group President and COO Matt M Matsuo, Turkish Ambassador in Bangladesh Sakir Ozkan Torunlar, Information Systems Officer of US Embassy in Bangladesh M Didier Diakite and BEPZA member (investment and promotion) Moyezuddin attended the opening ceremony.
The R-pac International CEO gave an outline of the plant and its background.
He expressed the hope that their facility would attract other businesses to the free zone and the r-pac could continue to be a part of future growth.
The Turkish ambassador had given an over-view of the relationship between Turkey, USA and Bangladesh.
