RAB arrest two JMB men in city

A team of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has arrested two alleged members of banned militant outfit Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) from the city's Sayedabad area, reports BSS.
The arrestees -- Md Mizanur Rahman (37), and Ibrahim Khalil alias Shahjahan (30)-- were wanted in a case filed under the Anti-Terrorism Act with Bandar thana in Narayanganj.
"Being tipped-off, we raided the area (Saidabad) and arrested them from in
front of Sayedabad Super Market at around 8.30 pm on Tuesday. We recovered
leaflets and books on jihad (religious uprisings) from their possession," RAB-11 commanding officer (CO) Lieutenant Colonel Md Kamrul Hasan said.
The Rab official said they are now interrogating the two arrestees.
