Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) on Wednesday arrested two persons for allegedly killing a garment worker named Imon Rahman (21).
The arrestees are identified as Rashedul Islam Rasu (22) and Bipul Chandra Barman.
The elite force nabbed Rasu from Tangail and picked up Barman from Gazipur in the early hours of Wednesday.
Commander of RAB-1 Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Al Momen came up with the disclosure at a press briefing at the elite force's media centre at Karwan Bazar in the capital.
According to the RAB official both Imon and Rasu had a friendly relationship.
The duo fell in love with a girl and they kept the matter (love affairs) secret. They even did not disclose it to each other at the initial stage.
