Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) Sunday recovered a major part of the HSBC bank's Tk 4.5 million looted by a driver of a security firm last month and arrested three people for their alleged links.
On a tip-off, a team from RAB-1 unit raided a house at Kuril in the capital and arrested microbus driver Farid Ali's son's girlfriend Sania Islam Sumi (21), her mother Manwara Begum (40) and her friend Mamun Siraj (24).
