Rafiq-ul Huq appointed Independent Director of RAK Ceramics

Mr. Rafique-ul Huq, Barrister-at-Law has been appointed as an Independent Director of RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited recently. Mr. Huq is the senior most lawyers in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh having more than 50 (Fifty) years of experience in Bangladesh and abroad. He is currently Member of the International Court of Arbitration of International Chamber of Commerce, Paris. He is a former Attorney General of Bangladesh.
During his long career Mr. Huq held various positions in different organizations. He was the Chairman of Bangladesh Bar Council Tribunal and Bar Council Election Tribunal, Chairman of Bar Council of Bangladesh, Delegate of Bangladesh in UN General Assembly meeting in 1990, Member of the Company Law Reforms Committee in Bangladesh, Member of the Committee for improvement of the Stock Exchange Market in Bangladesh, Chairman of the Corporate Laws Committee in Bangladesh. He is a Member of International Chamber of Commerce, Dhaka Law Asia and so on.
