Rafiqul Islam joins Emirates as finance manager

Mohammad Rafiqul Islam has been appointed the new finance and administration manager (FAM) of Emirates in Bangladesh.
Prior to this new appointment, Islam was the accounts officer of Singapore Airlines, Bangladesh for long 12 years, said a press release.
He joined the Singapore Airlines, Bangladesh as accounts officer in September 1995 and was promoted as head of the accounting unit (HAU) in July 1999.
He started his career with MAAS Travel and Tours, GSA of Continental Airlines, Royal Jordanian and Jet Airways, in 1993 as accounts assistant.
