Rahim Textile Mills holds 27th AGM

The 27th annual general meeting (AGM) of Rahim Textile Mills Limited was held in the city recently, says a press release.
Chairman of the company and Managing Director of Malek Spinning Mills Ltd A Matin Chowdhury presided over the meeting. A large number of shareholders were also present in the meeting.
The company approved 15 per cent cash dividend for the year 2007-08. The company improved significantly with 29 per cent increase in turnover, 40 per cent increase in gross profit and 47 per cent increase in net profit during the year, said the meeting.
