Rahmatganj eye 4th or 5th position in 2nd B League

Rahmatganj MFS, a traditional old Dhaka outfit, eyes the 4th or 5th position in the upcoming 2nd B League that will begin end- August, reports UNB.
Rahmatganj MFS football secretary Salahuddin Kala Tuesday told that they secured the 11th position in the 1st B League last year, as they were unable to recruit good players due to financial constraints.
"This season, we formed the team with some talented and experienced players. We also recruited four foreign booters to increase the strength of the team," he said.
Kala informed that they recruited Abahani Limited stopper Shipon and he would be given the charge of the team for the Federation Cup Football and B League.
"Actually, we are taking the Federation Cup as preparation for the B League
