Rain delays start of final day\\\'s play

Sunday, 14 June 2015

Rain has delayed the start of the fifth day’s play of the one-off Test between Bangladesh and India in Narayanganj. Overnight shower and wet ground has washed out the entire first session as the Test was headed for a certain draw at the Khan Saheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah on Sunday. After the morning drizzle stopped the umpires inspected the ground and decided to resume play at 12:45pm local time, provided there is no more rain. Heavy downpour stopped play just before lunch on Day 4 as the second and third sessions were completely washed out on Saturday. Hosts Bangladesh were batting at 111 for three in their first innings with Imrul Kayes (59 not out) and Shakib Al Hasan (0 not out) at the crease in their reply to India's total of 462 for six, according to bdnews24.com.
