Rain halts 1st ODI at Mirpur

Incessant monsoon rains have delayed the start of the first one-day international between Bangladesh and South Africa at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in the capital Friday.
The toss was not held at 2:30pm as per schedule.
The match, which was due to have started at 3:00pm, has no reserve day and forecasters have warned rain will continue into the night.
The cut-off time to start play in the first of three ODIs is 8:30pm.
