Rain/thunder showers accompanied by intense lightning flashes and temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at a few places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions in the next 24-hour from 06:00 am today (Sunday), according to the Met Office.
It may also occur at one or two places over Dhaka and Chattogram divisions.
Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country. Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country.
The country's maximum temperature on Saturday was recorded at 36.5 degrees Celsius at Khulna and minimum was 22.4 degrees Celsius at Bogura.
