Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymen-singh, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions with hails at isolated places over the country in the next 24 hours until 06:00 pm today (Friday), according to the Met Office.
Day temperature may rise slightly and Night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The highest temperature in the country on Thursday was recorded at 34.5 degrees Celsius in Faridpur while the lowest temperature at 20.6 degrees Celsius in Srima-ngal of Sylhet.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 32.2 degrees Celsius on Sunday and the lowest was 23.2 degrees.
