Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna and Barishal divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over the country in the next 24 hours until 06:00 pm today (Saturday), according to the Met Office.
The highest temperature in the country on Friday was recorded at 36.2 degrees Celsius in Ishurdi of Rajshahi while the lowest temperature at 25.4 degrees Celsius in Bandarban.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 35.1 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 26.6 degrees.
