Rain/thunder showers likely today -

Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Rangpur, Chattogram, Barishal and Sylhet divisions in the next 24-hour from 06:00am today (Saturday), according to the Met Office.
It may also occur one or two places over Dhaka, Rajshahi, Khulna and Mymensingh divisions with moderately heavy falls at isolated places over the country.
Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country. The country's maximum temperature on Friday was recorded at 35.7 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi and minimum was 24.5 degrees Celsius in Feni.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 32.7 degrees Celsius on Friday and the lowest was 27.4 degrees.
