Rajshahi Div score 214 against BKSP

Rajshahi Division scored 214 for 8 in 90 overs against BKSP on the opening day of the three-day match of Young Tigers U-18 National Cricket Competition at Rangpur Cricket Garden Sunday, reports UNB.
Sent in to bat first, Rajshahi Div opened the first innings and posted the score with skipper Najmul Hossain making 66 runs and Ariful Islam Mohon scoring unbeaten 64.
Abdul Qaiyum claimed three wickets for 59 runs while Abdul Halim and Majharul Islam took two wickets each conceding 26 and 33 runs respectively.
In reply, BKSP opened the first innings and scored 14 for 1 in 6 overs at the end of the day. Zakir Hasan and skipper Faisal Imran were in batting on 5 and 3 runs respectively.
Ashiqul Islam Rocky took the lone wicket for 8 runs.
In the day's other matches, Chittagong Division took a lead of 48 runs against Rangpur Division at Barisal Divisional Stadium while Barisal Division were trailing by 137 runs against Dhaka Division North at Dinajpur Stadium and Khulna Division trailing by 17 runs against Sylhet Division at Sheikh Jamal Stadium in Faridpur.
Chittagong Division vs Rangpur Division:
Batting first after winning the toss, Chittagong division made 134 runs for all in 46 overs with Masud scoring 41 runs.
Abu Nasir Limon claimed four wickets for 52 runs while Shahriar Kabir and Shamsuzzaman Swapan took two wickets for 15 and 16 runs respectively.
In reply, Rangpur Division opened the first innings and were dismissed cheaply for 86 in 40.1 overs.
Sanjib Saha scored the team highest 29 runs while Monir Hossain and Shahriar Kabir made 12 runs each.
Tohidul Islam captured four wickets for 25 runs while Faruk Hossain claimed three wickets for 5 runs and Mehedi Arafat took two consceding 13 runs.

Dhaka Division North vs Barisal Division:
Sent in to bat first, Dhaka Division scored 203 for all in 69.4 overs with Munim Shahriar making 46 runs while Sojib Khan, Ryan Morshed and Dewan Maruf added 41, 34 and 32 runs respectively.
In reply, Barisal Division opened the first innings and made 66 runs for 2 in 30 overs at the end of the day.
Oli Ahmed made 26 runs while Hafizur Rahman and Panna Mia were at stumps making 11 and 10 runs respectively.
