Rak Airways makes debut

RAK Airways, a national carrier of the UAE, announced the arrival of its first flight to Dhaka Thursday.
The carrier's first flight to Chittagong also arrived on the same day.
RAK Airways recently expanded its route network offering three flights a week to both Dhaka and Chittagong.
RAK Airways CEO Omar Jahameh said, "Since the announcement of our new routes to Dhaka and Chittagong booking numbers have been extremely positive with the Bangladeshi community keen to take advantage of our 'Small Fares, Big Deals' offering."
Included in the price of each RAK Airways flight to Bangladesh is a full hot meal and non-alcoholic beverages on-board all flights, a baggage allowance of 40kg per passenger as well as the normal hand baggage allowance and free shuttle service between the neighbouring emirates for each flight.
