RAKUB board meeting held in Rajshahi

RAJSHAHI, May 23: The 360th meeting of the Board of Directors of RAKUB held at RAKUB Head Office Sunday, approved the balance sheet and profit & loss account for the financial year 2009-2010 of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of RAKUB Professor Dr. M. Shah Nawaz Ali. Among others, the meeting was attended by the Managing Director of the Bank Pradip Kumar Dutta and the Directors of RAKUB Board Professor Dr. Rustom Ali Ahmed, Abdul Mannan, Dr. Kalidas Debnath and Khondoker Jahangir Kabir Rana. Deputy Managing Director of the Bank , Siddiqur Rahman; General Manager of RAKUB Head Office, Md. Abdul Halim; General Manager of RAKUB divisional office, Rajshahi M. Nazmul Haque and the Secretary of the Bank Aminul Islam Khandker also attended the meeting. The meeting approved balance sheet and profit & loss account of the Bank for the financial year 2009-2010 and took important decisions relating to business and administrative issues.
