RAKUB disburses Tk 426.3m agri loan in Joypurhat

JOYPURHAT, Jan 23 (BSS): Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) Joypurhat region has distributed over Taka 426.3 million as agricultural loans among 5,978 farmers of the district during the first six months of the current fiscal through its 15 branches.
RAKUB Official sources said they have the target of distributing Taka 945 million as agriculture loan in the district during the current fiscal year.
RAKUB in the meantime realised over Taka 691.80 million as outstanding loan against the realisation target of over Taka 1067.4 million fixed by the bank for the current year.
The percentage of loan distribution in the region stands at 46 percent on December 30.
