RAKUB gets new GM

Taz Uddin Ahmed joined as General Manager (GM) of Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) recently.
Banking and Financial Institution Division of the government issued an order in this connection, a press release says.
Previously, he served as the General Manager of Rupali Bank PLC.
Taj Uddin Ahmed joined Rupali Bank as a Probationary Officer through Bankers Recruitment Committee (BRC) in 1998.
Besides playing a key responsible role in the head office's international and treasury division, he worked with dedication as Rupali Bank's general manager and zonal manager.
He obtained his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Marketing from University of Dhaka.
He achieved his MBA from the same university in 2008 and did his Banking Diploma.
Taj Uddin attended many programmes and seminars held at home and abroad. He also attended a training on Financial Derivatives held in Munich, Germany.
He got ACI Dealing (International) Certificate from a popular organisation of France.
He was born at Jhikargacha Upazila in Jessore.
