Rapport Award for Excellence in Human Resource Dev held

Rapport Bangladesh Limited (RBL) organised a function to give away Ninth Rapport Award for Excellence in Human Resource Development- 2009 in the city recently.
Economist Prof Dr Muzaffer Ahmad and Vice Chancellor of the North South University Prof Dr Hafiz GA Siddiqi were present on the occasion as chief and special guests respectively, said a press release.
The 10 recipients of the award are: Atiur Rahman, Governor of Bangladesh Bank, Zaglul A Chowdhury, Senior Journalist and Columnist, Ashraf Uddin Chowdhury, Professor of the Department of Economics of Dhaka University, Muhammad Mahboob Ali, Professor, School of Business and Economics of Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology, Khawaja Amjad Saeed, Principal of Hailey College of Banking and Finance, University of the Punjab, Pakistan, Sharu S Rangnekar, Eminent Management Consultant and Trainer, India, Sachin S Vernerkar, Director of Bharati Vidyapeeth's, Institute of Management and Research, India, Rita Bhimani of Ritam Communication, India, K Venkatasubramanian, Chief Executive Officer of Dr Venkat and Associates, India, Upaul Majumdar, Director of Upgrade Management Services (Pvt) Ltd, India.
