Raw materials for bombs recovered

Police of Bagmara thana at Rajshahi, at a pre-dawn raid, arrested one of the major suppliers of the raw materials used for preparing ammunition and bombs, and recovered a huge quantity of nitric acid and other chemicals from his house at Sujanpalsa village.
The arrested has been identified as Mustafizur Rahman (35), son of Eshar Ali. Acting on a tip off, police forces stormed the house of Mustafiz, and recovered 77-pound of nitric acid, various chemicals and drugs, kept concealed under his cot. Mustafiz admitted to the police that he used to smuggle nitric acid and other chemicals, and supplied those to the JMB and Sarbahara extremists. A case has been filed against him under the Acid Control Act. He has been sent to jail.
