RCC election in Jan: ECs

RAJSHAHI, July 22 (UNB): Election to the Rajshahi City Corporation (RCC) will be held in January next year after completion of the voters' list with photograph and national identity card.
The two election commissioners -Sohul Hossain and MA Shakhawat Hossain- made the remarks in a view exchange meeting with the officials of local administration at Circuit House here Sunday.
They said elections to Jatiya Sangsad would be held after holding elections to upazila, union parishad and city corporations following completion of the electoral roll.
They called upon local people to extend their cooperation in making the voters' list, which is likely to start here in first week of the next month.
