Real cleaning campaign

Dhaka City is a chaotic place. Few people behave responsibly. No wonder, mobile courts have started to hand out punishment to pedestrians who are not using zebra crossings, foot over bridges etc. But pavement in my area New Eskaton is occupied by make-shift shops and fruit sellers, but nobody cares. I think, it is time for us to start a countrywide cleaning campaign as did Narendra Modi of India.
