Recognise those who raised resistance after Bangabandhu killing: HC

The High Court (HC) on Sunday issued a rule asking the authorities concerned to explain as to why it shall not declare illegal the inaction in giving recognition and rehabilitating those who raised armed resistance after the killing of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman along with most of his family members, reports BSS.
A High Court division bench comprising Justice Md Khasruzzaman and Justice Md Iqbal Kabir passed the order after holding primary hearing on a writ filed in this regard.
