Reconstruction of 38 schools, college bldgs completed

MYMENSINGH, Oct 14 (BSS): The government has completed reconstruction and renovation work of 38 government schools and colleges at the cost of taka 25.69 million during the last fiscal year in five upazilas of the district.
Upazilas are Mymensingh Sadar, Muktagacha, Nandail, Gafargoan and Gouripur.
Concerned sources said works were done under the project "renovation and reconstruction of schools and college buildings" and was supervised by Education Engineering Department of the Ministry of Education.
Sources said reconstructed buildings would solve the accommodation problems of the respectives schools and colleges as well as create a better environment and atmosphere for teaching.
Executive Engineer of Education Engineering Department Delwar Hossain told BSS that reconstructed and renovated buildings have been handed over to the concerned authorities.
