Red Crescent delegation meets President

A 15-member delegation of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society led by its chairman Mohammad Abdur Rab made a courtesy call on President Iajuddin Ahmed at Bangabhaban Wednesday, reports UNB.
The President stressed the need for expanding the activities of the Red Crescent Society and assured them of all-out cooperation.
Other members of the delegation were Red Crescent Society Vice Chairman Gazi Abdul Haq, Secretary General M Shafiul Alam, Treasurer SM Monir Lavlu and Managing Board members Lutfar Rahman Chowdhury Helal, Rezaul Karim Badsha, Rezaul Karim Raju, M Suruj Ali, MA Masud Bhuiyan, M Shahidul Alam, Zahirul Haq Shahajada Miah, Azizul Bari Kamal, Habibur Rahman Nantu, Mahabubul Alam Faruk Mollah and ABM Zakaria.
Military Secretary to the President M Aminul Karim and Secretary to the President's office M Sirajul Islam were present on the occasion.
