Reduce tariff of mobile operators

The call rate of Citycell to Citycell is 25 paisa all daylong and we get their network even in the most remote areas of Bangladesh. The rate of other cell phone services is around 50 paisa per minute all the time. And the call rate between different service providers is Tk 1.72 including vat. Is it not too high?
The monthly rate for the use of internet via the mobile operators is also high.
We expect the new government will look into the matter and see to it that the charges are rationalised. But we are yet to see anything about digital Bangladesh. How long should we wait?
Rice and flour prices already fell to about half but the prices of other items remain the same or have increased.
I would like to request the mobile operators and the regulating authorities to reduce the call rate and the rate of internet use to make Bangladesh digital.
