Reducing carbon emission

Saturday, 12 December 2009

CARBON dioxide is the key causative factor for global warming, along with other gases like carbon monoxide, CFC etc.
Such gases are emitted from vehicles, brick fields and other industrial plants. Excessive use of air coolers, air conditioners and refrigerators also produces such harmful gases.
Among such sources of emissions, some are essential for use everyday. But there are others, which we can avoid. By avoiding those, we can help reduce the carbon emission to a great extent.
Now, during the on-going global summit on climate change, we, as the inhabitants of our loving earth, can make a promise to avoid using those sources causing emission of carbon gas.
All the governments of states all over the world should come together to promise to help reduce carbon emission from industrial plants and vehicles by imposing strict laws.
It is high time we made concerted efforts to save the world and its people from global warming.
